Once you have selected an item to buy, simply click the Buy or Add To Cart button for the item you wish to purchase. This will add your item to your shopping cart and present you with an opportunity to select other relevant products and accessories relevant to your purchase. You can then either click "Continue to Checkout" or "Keep on Shopping" to add more items to your cart.

When you’re finished shopping, click "Checkout and Pay" to check the contents of your shopping cart, calculate postage costs and choose whether to purchase multiple year warranties. Finally, click "Continue to Payment" to make your payment using Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. For credit card payment your card will not be charged until you reach the final page and click "Confirm Order".

We currently accept only bank direct deposit or internet fund transfer. Please contact our Sales team if you are experiencing issues during the payment section of placing your order. Very soon we will be able to accept credit cards.

At Fresh Jasmine online we offer a wide range of products.Different products will ship at different times after you place your order. For accurate information on shipping details, please refer to the product listing of the product you are interested in.

Once your order ships, delivery times may also vary depending on the carrier and the item. You will receive an email upon shipment with specific information on your delivery details. We take all efforts to deliver your orders within 7 days after order confirmation (excluding National public holidays and State holidays)

Yes, you can pick up your order in nominated grocery shops, retail store or Australian Air express depot. Please check our website for pickup location details. Pick up Locations

Once the order is delivered to the respective stores, you will get an SMS or Call to pickup the items. Please note that the Delivery to the Stores might be done earlier than the Delivery Date. You can either pickup the items on the mentioned delivery date or pickup the items once you get the SMS or call and store it in your Fridge(Not Freezer) as it is. Unpack or Unwrap them only before using it.

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email with the details of the carrier including tracking number if available or SMS or call will be sent for the customers to pick up the order on specific pick-up location depending on the option you have selected during check out.If you haven’t received emails, please also check your spam folder.

If you have placed an order, you will have received an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been successful! This email will let you know the expected dispatch time frame for your order, the details of the products you have bought, and your delivery details.

We recommend checking your order confirmation email and the product listing for an exact time-frame for your order to arrive. Please rest assured that if there are any unexpected delays, fresh jasmines will notify you immediately!

To qualify to return an item under our Returns Policy, products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories. Please see our Warranty Terms and Conditions in relation to warranty claims here. Refunds and Returns

Care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to increase the life span and enjoyment of your flowers. To assist in prolonging their life, we recommend keeping them in refrigeration until ready for use.

Make sure you pack them carefully in a thin plastic bag. Inside the refrigerator make sure it is not touching any other food products or utensils. Extreme heat or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the flowers.

Plan ahead and contact us early so that we can suggest the best way to plan your event. Generally plan to receive flowers a day before the event.
